Duties and
Responsibilities Include (but
are not limited to):
Arrive to work
location at scheduled time,
perform services to
established standards, and
insure the clients’
facilities are locked and
secured when finished.
Comply with all safety
policies and procedures.
Operate 15#
vacuum backpack while
vacuuming stairs and
hallways. Sweep, mop, vacuum
and/or hand scrub floors
using brooms, mops and
upright vacuums. Requires
standing, walking for long
periods of time, and some
heavy lifting.
Wipe down
walls and woodwork, doors,
and baseboards. Dust
furniture, equipment, and
partitions. Kneeling, safely
use cleaning chemicals, and
empty trash cans.
Clean and
disinfect sinks,
countertops, floors, toilet,
mirrors, tables, chairs,
refrigerators, and
microwaves in restrooms,
break rooms and kitchens.
Replenish supplies.
Work well in a
team environment and have
good customer service
skills.
